Timestamps
Remember and habituate - start including the timestamps in the comments for every video- this makes it easier to see the timestamps and is very important and helpful for long videos
It’s often best to make timestamps with a little extra detail to give people a quick preview.
For example, the timestamps are more interesting becuase they include the quick details about Albedo, the Bees, etc.
They also show better in embeds on telegram, etc.

Sign an agreement first to make sure that everyone agrees to be on video and agrees to basic understanding civility how the group will cooperate.
Choose between Eden+Fractal, Fractally, upvote election, or other game modes. These are different consensus methods and games that the community can play each week. Maybe call the article game modes.

timestamp titles on youtube should be short
This provides multiple benefits over having seperate page for show notes. It shows in the youtube UI when searching, it shows at the bottom timeline while playing video, and people dont need to go to different page to browse timestamps (which can stop the video on mobile).
So ideally there should be more detailed show notes with more comprehensive timestamps on the website AND shorter timestamps in youtube description
Show Notes Structure
This is the way for show notes- use a H2 at the top for Header 2. Then H3 for the highlighted topics, then an H2 for Timestamps.
Add to production processes DAMS page.
Consider featuring DAMS more in another town hall. During ETH 37 we focused on DAMS by chance and left many parts out. A future town hall could dive into production processes and show more of the thoughts about DAMS
Consider sharing in EF chat that the show notes for meetings 28-35 are now more refined. Could show a screenshot of the structure that is emerging on EF 35 page. These show notes along with recaps, updates, etc can help promote eden fractal and grow the community and educate abotu all the great things community members are doing to help people cooperate.
