Message Eden Fractal discord about Eden+Fractal Council Edge Case

Hey all,

I thought of an edge case with Eden+Fractal and am curious to hear your thoughts.

Suppose there is a council with four delegates. Two of the delegates vote yes, one delegate votes no, and one delegate is not in attendance. This would mean that two of the three delegates in attendance would approve the proposal, but only two out of four total delegates in the council would approve a proposal.

I think it makes the most sense for the missing delegates vote to not be counted at all and the council to be able to approve proposals with two out of three delegates in attendance. However, I don’t think that this was specified in Tadas’ original proposal for Eden+Fractal.
