Its why it will be done with extreme transparency, and by an appointed member from each participating Eden (once we get there of course :) Faking of financial records is something that is possible, however once we start to compare BPs against each other, which will happen, and likely be of great service to the entire community and BPs themselves, it will get easier to spot outliers that will indicate false reporting.
