Eden OS Documentation

Eden Election Guide is completed with respect to the current state of Eden. In the future there might be code changes which can affect the accuracy of this, but all good so far.

This was done as a part of a larger vision of creating a technical documentation for Eden called EdenDocs which I assume will now be spearheaded by appropriate working group.

In the spirit of collaboration all the work done so far on the guide is open sourced and made available to the EdenOnEOS community.
