For the thumbnail thumbnail, try it with my tennis racket as well, I think that might be better than ping-pong paddle, but try it with both. Try simulating a serve and reading while I’m simulator in the serve. And looking. Up. And try also to get a more zoomed in dramatic kind of look, and perhaps have one image of me that is like my face blended into the sky with a dramatic look and the tennis racket, and then another, which is me small looking like I’m serving and reading the book.
That might be too much in one shot but definitely worth trying and just seeing what works the best

Speak to the irony of how I made the mistake of not being aware enough and respectful enough of the agenda while making the announcement about agendas and moderation
Apologize, felt a bit embarrassed, been one of the craziest weeks of my life and didn’t have time to rest and reflect enough , and the timing pomelo seemed right - I should have just done it with the one fractal apple announcements and saved the others for later . Also mention the part with Waxa and the 500k eos as well when I introduced this I should probably be pretty agnostic with the words and not call it a donation but rather just say the B1 account sent 500,000 EOS to the hidden account. That way I’m just stating the facts like the smart contract theory of law or title theory and not painting it with expectations or coloring it with Russell conjugation. And briefly summarize a couple of the different points without going to a detail about it.

How I know you’ve been trying to make it for the past couple weeks and after he spoke, I realize that I should’ve been as a host I think, more helpful in providing a stage frame to speak for longer, and have more from the discussions about it, because what he’s doing with the website is really cool and really helpful and we communicate a lot about that, and it is once again a little failure forward and learning and also this will be helped when I take some more time off and have more time and do less and have more time to relax
Also, show Casey neistat a bit. And talk about how I’m very inspired by Casey as are many other creators and he does amazing work as inspired so many people. And I think about him and his work and his work ethic often. I recently watched a video where he talks about how he made a movie every day for 800 days, and he woke up super early at the dawn of the morning and edited videos and went for runs, it also reminds me of Jocko Willink, and also many other inspiring leaders and graders.
And that is something that inspires me to work like a madman, and be working so much and doing so much, and also just because I feel like it’s so needed for the world, and for each of us for our survival and thriving in the coming years as the challenges that we face increase exponentially, and so I want to do the best that I can make the best experiences possible
And then also add this that part of that is also taking more time do you like so you can have more time to reflect and so I will. I am very happy to still be working very hard consistently, but I will not have another week like this for a while, at least,

Organize this all into a new page in Notion for episode number three.
I I should definitely organize each page in Notion with the show notes and agenda and related links, and so forth, and the full episode all in one page, similar to how I was planning for edenbuilders. Where each presentation during each fractal meeting has its own page along with all of the work, and show notes basically for that week during the presentation
That is still a great idea, but I haven’t had the bandwidth to do that yet lately, but it definitely makes sense to do this for the fractalappl now because I’m promoting the shows and it’s a really interesting way to release shows and provide a lot more value to people and organize the show better for myself and it’s also an innovative way of making a show with Notion to that is really exciting, so I should definitely do this, absolutely definitely do it for a fractalappl and I can do it for the other shows later, but definitely do it for a fact or Apple now bitch beautiful
