Communities can benefit by cooperating with community discussion protocol for proposals.
It’s not just the priority of proposals to discuss that matters I think. It’s also - do we just discuss or also vote? How much time for each proposal? Do we have to pass one proposal before the other? Stuff that is up to the moderator to enforce but I think should be up to consensus of community to decide. So one option would be to create a consortium poll for agenda of each meeting. Agenda proposal with the most votes wins. Right now, there’s no notion of rejection of proposal (if proposal isn’t passed we can try again next week), so by voting on agendas which includes voting on specific proposals token-holders will effectively be able to support proposals. They will also have a kind of veto power - by voting on agendas that do not include some proposal, they can veto a proposal. Not sure if want to use token-weighted model for this, but it’s an option, and it would give more flexibility and clarity for what we should be doing in the after-meetings.
