How do we cooperate after playing Eden+Fractal?
We did the first hour Eden+Fractal… what about the next hour… major innovation… Eden elections and fractally did not answer these questions yet
Since meeting (18?) the group has been deliberating to find the best ways to prioritize topics and cooperate in the hour after breakout rooms.
Several communities members proposed various proposals for agendas during meeting (21?), which we curated here. We proposed Cagendas after week (23?) and during the first brainstorming session, then after more feedback a new iteration called Vlalendas emerged that merged the best ideas for the Eden Fractal community. These pages will be updated soon to curate more recent developments. In more recent weeks the community made additional refinements to Vlalendas and started thinking about how to formalize protocols for moderation along with Vlalendas.
In meeting 27, Matthias asked the group about moderation protocols and sparked discussions. Then Tadas wrote two proposals: 'Proposal to optimize post-breakout room meetings,' which you can read here. Approved with unanimous support
Now that we have the Eden+Fractal consensus game for the first hour… then what do we do? How do we come to consensus about discussion topics and proposals for coordinating action?
Proposal 1: Optimizing Post-Breakout Room Meetings
This is the 'Proposal to optimize post-breakout room meetings,' which you can read here. Google doc version with comments. Screenshot below
Proposal 2: Moderator Guidelines
Proposal 3: Dan Singjoy elected as moderator
You can watch the proposal and approval at 2:03:16.
Meeting with Proposals
How do we cooperate after playing Eden+Fractal? We approved 3 proposals to optimize post-breakout room meetings, set moderator guidelines, and elect a moderator! Voilà! 👌🏽🎄
